As a Site Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities at a construction site or a similar work environment. Your role involves coordinating with workers, ensuring safety measures are followed, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications:
ITI or Equivalent: ITI stands for Industrial Training Institute, and it provides vocational training in various technical trades. Having an ITI qualification or an equivalent certification is often preferred for a Site Supervisor role as it demonstrates a basic understanding of technical aspects related to the job.

Key Responsibilities may include:
Supervising and coordinating construction activities to ensure the project progresses according to the schedule.

Managing and motivating the construction team, including laborers and skilled workers.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing safety protocols at the site.

Monitoring the use of equipment and materials to prevent wastage and control costs.

Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project.

Overseeing quality control to ensure that work meets specified standards.

Keeping track of project progress and reporting to higher authorities.

Handling any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

Managing site documentation, including daily reports, material records, and workforce attendance.
