**Job Post**:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our fast-growing edible oil company and contribute to our expansion and success in the market. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with our valued customers.

**Location**:
Bharuch

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**: Identify potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and actively promote our range of edible oil products to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-lasting, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather competitor insights to formulate effective sales strategies and enhance our competitive edge.

**Sales Planning**: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to penetrate new markets, reach out to untapped segments, and maximize revenue opportunities.

**Sales Reporting**: Regularly report sales performance, market feedback, and progress on sales initiatives to the management team.

**Trade Shows and Events**: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to showcase our products and expand the customer base.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the edible oil industry of FMCG Products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform business decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 100% travel

- Anand, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
