**Job Brief**
The Junior Accounts Executive is responsible for assisting in the management of the day-to-day accounting operations of a company. This includes tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements. The Junior Accounts Executive may also be responsible for assisting with budget preparation, tax filing, and auditing. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail, are important for this role. Knowledge of accounting software and Excel, spreadsheets is also required.
**Key Role Focus**:
- **Maintaining and updating financial records**, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
- **Reconciling bank statements** and identifying any discrepancies in the financial records.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Assisting with tax filing** and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- **Participating in internal and external audits**, and providing information as required.
- **Collaborating with other departments **and teams within the organization to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- **Assisting in the preparation of financial analysis** and presentations for management review.
- **Helping in Payroll processing**, Expense reimbursements and other general accounting functions.
- **Data entry **and maintaining accurate records in accounting software.
- **Making Payments **to and Communicating with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders when and If needed.
- **Reconcile 2B every month. File TDS as required.**:
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Core Team.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures in the accounting department.
**Skill Requirement**
- 1-3 years of experience in Accountancy
- _Strong understanding of accounting principles : _A solid understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles is essential for this role.
- _Proficiency in accounting software : _ The Junior Accounts Executive should be proficient in using accounting software to record financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
- _Strong organizational skills : _ The ability to keep accurate records, maintain good documentation, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is important.
- _Attention to detail : _ The Junior Accounts Executive should be detail-oriented and able to identify and correct errors in financial records.
- _Strong communication skills : _The Junior Accounts Executive should be able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
- _Analytical and problem-solving skills : _ The Junior Accounts Executive should have the ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, and have the ability to solve problems.
- _Time management : _The Junior Accounts Executive should have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- _Teamwork : _ The Junior Accounts Executive should be able to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
- _Willingness to learn and adapt : _ The Junior Accounts Executive should be open to learning new accounting standards and technologies, and be able to adapt to changes in the field.
- _Excellent communication skills : _ability to work in teams and accept critical feedback.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
