**Qualification**:
UG/Diploma: Associate degree/diploma in culinary arts required
**Experience**:
2+ years’ experience as a Chef in a full-service
- Experience in making all type of dishes such as continental dishes, Thai, Mexican, South Indian, North Indian, west Indian (Gujarati), Chinese etc
- Prioritise making vegan food at the level of recognized gastronomy; without compromising on taste or health benefits;
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Ensure that all food is of high quality and meets our standards
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
**Skills**
Associate Degree in Culinary Arts required (Bachelor’s preferred)
2+ years’ experience as a Chef in a full-service
Excellent communication and organization skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Dedicated to food quality and control
Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
