**Oracle SCM TA
**Overall Responsibility**:
This position will be responsible for carrying out Production support for customizations for Oracle R12 EBS Global Instance for Emerson Automation Solutions. Requires skills in Investigation, Problem resolution and Communication

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- 7-9 years of business-related experience
- 7+ years of technical experience with Oracle Applications 11i implementations/Support in Supply chain Management, Order Management, Quote/Order-to-Cash Flow, Procurement areas
- Expert Knowledge and hands-on development experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, OAF, Forms Personalization, Oracle APIs
- Expert knowledge in workflow area is must to have
- Basic understanding of integration between Configurator and other EBS Functional areas such as (BOM, INV, Quoting, Pricing, OM and IB)
- Ability to program in PL/SQL, SQL, XML and Java
- Must have hands-on development experience in PL/SQL
- Experience in systems analysis, gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency
- Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge of PVCS and Kintana will be a plus.
- Motivated and competent to contribute time and effort to work assigned
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment as requested.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Must be willing to work in shifts
