As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and persuading them to take desired actions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or database.

2. Pitch Products/Services: Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and customers.

4. Meet Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.

5. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products and services to answer customer inquiries accurately.

7. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and leads generated.

8. Follow-up: Schedule call-backs or follow-up calls as necessary.

9. Feedback: Provide feedback and information to the team leader or supervisor on customer needs and potential improvements.

10. Compliance: Ensure that all calls and communications are in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related sales field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹9,436.74 - ₹26,906.58 per month
