Over the last 18 years, 15,000+ SILICA students have got admission in top Design, Fashion, Architecture & Art colleges. In 2021-22, SILICA is on course to enroll 3,000+ students at its 26 centers across 11 cities in India. SILICA is headquartered in Mumbai but has centers in Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore, Lucknow, Kanpur.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Interacting with Silica centers
- Making Outbound calls to Silica Center.
- Exceeds monthly basis sales.
- Lead conversion
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent English Communication
- Pleasing Personality & Leadership skills
- Good Team Player
- Pleasing Personality, pressure handling, Good Energy level, Ambitious
- Should be target oriented

**Salary**:

- 15k to 18k + incentives

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
