**Experience**: Minimum 1 year experience with a school as a Day Care Incharge/Teacher

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

As a Day Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and safe environment for students during their stay in the day care facility. Your role will encompass various tasks aimed at ensuring the well-being, engagement, and development of the children under your care.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervision and Care: Oversee the daily activities of children in the day care facility, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.

2. Activity Planning: Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts to engage children and encourage their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

3. Assistance with Homework: Provide support and guidance to students with their homework and school assignments, as needed.

4. Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with other school staff members, including teachers and administrators, to ensure seamless coordination between the day care program and the overall school activities.

6. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to the day care facility, such as record-keeping, attendance tracking, and inventory management.

7. Safety and Health: Enforce safety protocols and hygiene standards to create a clean and secure environment for the children.

Qualifications:
1. Graduate/Post Graduate in any field.

2. Minimum of 1 year experience working with children in a school setting, preferably as a Day Care Incharge or Teacher.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

4. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

6. Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
