We are seeking a motivated SEO Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As our SEO Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' organic growth. You'll architect and execute sophisticated SEO strategies, transforming websites into powerful lead generation engines.

Strategic SEO Mastery: Design and implement comprehensive SEO roadmaps encompassing on-page optimization, high-impact off-page strategies, and meticulous technical audits.

Project Leadership & Client Partnership: Own the entire SEO project lifecycle, from initial audit to final reporting. You'll be the primary point of contact, providing clear, insightful communication and fostering strong client relationships.

Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Leverage advanced analytics to dissect performance metrics (traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates) and translate data into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

Technical SEO Expertise: Identify and resolve critical technical SEO challenges, ensuring optimal website speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Domination: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends and opportunities, positioning our clients for sustained competitive advantage.

**Your Arsenal of Skills & Qualifications**:
Analytical Prowess: Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and user behavior analysis tools like Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar.

SEO Tool Proficiency: Mastery of industry-leading SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz.

Strategic Campaign Execution: Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering impactful SEO campaigns that achieve significant ROI.

Data Interpretation & Reporting: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data and generate clear, concise performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to diverse audiences.

Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Digital Marketing Synergy: Solid understanding of integrated digital marketing strategies, with a bonus for experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM).

Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and proactively address challenges.

Experience: minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated SEO role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
