Job description
**Process name - ALG WAHA (travel process - airline ticketing) (WORK FROM HOME)**
**Joining date - 26th Feb 2024**
**GDS process - (VOICE) Experience - HSC/Grads with 1 years of GDS experience in Amadeus and Sabre.**
**Experience should be in voice process.**
**Shifts - 24*7 rotational**
**Week off - 2 rotational week-offs.**
**Communications level - STRICTLY cluster 2 (no compromise on quality of communications)**
**Salary
- Upto 32K in hand based on last drawn**
System will be provided by company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling customers' inquiries and providing solutions through phone calls.
- Gathering customer information and explain service options and procedures.
- Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate actions.
- Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Documenting customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Should be ready to work in **Rotational shifts (any 9 hours of shift).**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and software.
**Aadhaar number mandatory.**
