**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual counseling sessions with prospective graduate business students to assess their academic background, career goals, and GMAT preparation needs.
- Provide detailed information about the GMAT exam, including test format, content areas, scoring system, and preparation strategies.
- Develop customized study plans and timelines for students based on their strengths, weaknesses, and target score goals.
- Recommend appropriate study materials, resources, and practice exams to help students prepare effectively for the GMAT.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to the GMAT exam and admissions policies at various business schools.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize workshops, seminars, and other events to educate students about the GMAT and graduate business programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in college or graduate admissions, academic advising, or test preparation counseling.
- In-depth knowledge of the GMAT exam, including familiarity with test preparation materials and strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate student schedules.
- Passion for education and student success, with a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
