Responsibility:

- Production Alize state-of-the-art research into maintainable and well-engineered AI software.
- Improve AI/Machine learning models by conducting experiments and analyzing results to address business requirements.
- Coordinate with various teams to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other engineers and scientists on projects and ideas.
- Mentor freshers and interns. Qualification Requirements:
Educational:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience or Master's degree with at least 3 year of experience. The final year project must involve the use of deep learning.
- Must have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or Machine Learning from IIT (If studied in India) or a top ranking university/institute (if studied abroad).

Technical:

- Exceptional Python programming skills.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with training production-level deep learning models such as Feed Forward neural networks, CNN, LSTM, GANs, etc.
- Experience in deploying efficient and optimized ML models with tensorrt, onnx, or triton inference server frameworks with fast API.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully solving ML problems in NLP/CV.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and consistent engineering documentation.
- Should have prior experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and working with GitHub.
- Container Technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Red Hat OCP.
- Cloud Platforms: Azure. (App Services, Log Analytics, Functions, Storage, Indexing Service, DevOps, Key Vault).
- Prior experience building a chatbot is a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- A desire to contribute to and maintain the company values and culture.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to work independently and in a group under tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
