Location: Guwahati (Assam)

Position: TPA Coordinator/Executive.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Any (all consider)

Package: Negotiable (Depends upon the experience)

Job Description: Previous experience in TPA coordination or insurance claims management within a healthcare setting, preferably in an eye hospital.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, TPA processes, and medical billing practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, insurance providers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and billing software.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and eye-related procedures would be an advantage.
