**Role: - ** Jr. Interior Designer

**Department: -** Design

**Reports to: -** Sr. /Manager - Design

**Purpose: -** Understand client requirements, prepare design, give presentation to convert into sales prospect (Preferable). Responsible for completion of project as per SLA.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Understand interior & structure of work site.
- Prepare designs and layouts as per work requirement. Ensure innovative designs and ideas are used in making design.
- Consider site measurements, pattern of selected interior related products and prepare presentation for understanding of client. Give effective presentation and provide clarity on designs and samples of final product. Convince client about design and concepts. Satisfy all the queries of client related to work. If required, make changes in the design as per client suggestion. Finalize the design and get acknowledgement from the client.
- Through material handling experience
- Completion as per agreed SLA with total client satisfaction.
- Feedback and timely support to the client
- Study and analyse past performance. Review completed projects. Identify areas of improvement and take measures to improve performance and results.
- Compile and update projects related MIS. Provide periodical reports to Management as per requirement.

**Skills & Qualification: -**
- Design Concepts & Principles, Team coordination, Interior design terminology & technicalities. Working experience of AutoCAD for minimum 0 - 3 Years is a must.
- Hands on experience on Design Software, Site analysis.
- Leadership, Planning & Organizing Skills, Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Client Service, Persuasive Skills & Result Orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Furniture Design and related field.

**Experience: -** 0-3 Years in interior designing with a reputed company handling Luxury to Ultra Luxury customers.

**Location: -** Pune

**CTC** - As per the interview and skills

**Key Skills**: - AutoCAD, Interior Designing, Furniture Designing, Home Décor, Interiors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
