Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other details with clients to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare and present sales reports to management as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for clients and support overall business goals
- Payment Collection: Payment collection from clients against service offered
- CRM: Make entry of clients in CRM and update regularly
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Skills:
→ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
→ Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
→ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
→ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
→ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
