**Job Summary**:
As Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of our online team. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of faculty activities, ensuring smooth communication, and facilitating collaboration among team members. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be crucial in ensuring the success of our online teaching initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Facilitate Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for faculty members, disseminating information, addressing inquiries, and fostering effective communication channels.
- **Schedule Coordination**:Manage and coordinate faculty schedules, including class timings, meetings, and other commitments, to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- **Collaboration Support**:Foster a collaborative environment among faculty members by organizing meetings, workshops, and other events aimed at promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- **Performance Tracking**:Assist in monitoring faculty performance metrics, such as student feedback, course evaluations, and attendance records, and provide regular reports to management.
- **Technical Support**:Serve as a liaison between faculty members and technical support teams, assisting with troubleshooting technical issues related to online teaching platforms, software, and equipment.
- **Student Support**: Collaborate with student support services to address any student concerns or issues related to faculty performance or course delivery.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining faculty records, processing paperwork, and preparing documentation as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
- **Fresher to 1 year of experience, Salary 15k to 20**
