**Tour and Travel Telecalling Executive - Domestic and International Tours**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Tour and Travel Telecalling Executive specializing in both domestic and international tours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of travel packages over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our domestic and international tour packages.
- Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
- Provide detailed information about various travel destinations, attractions, itineraries, and accommodation options.
- Customize travel packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual customers.
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking information about our travel services and assist them in selecting the right package.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian and international travel destinations, tourist attractions, and travel-related services.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for travel, cultural exploration, and creating memorable experiences for customers.
