Resident Doctor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct morning and evening patient rounds
- Patient and Visitor Consultation: Online and in person consultation for new and existing patients on the software. Prescribe appropriate panchakarma and medicines on the digital patient record.
- Patients Admissions: Admit patients according to hospital standards: Physical examination, chief complaints, explaining 24 hrs treatment plan, making treatment requisition
- Panchakarma Treatments
- Prescribe appropriate panchakarma treatment according to patients prakruti, explain the patient about the therapies they will undergo and make them feel comfortable, provide appropriate requisition to the therapist mentioning which therapy is to be done and with which medication, monitor treatments in the therapy room and observe whether they are as per SOP
- Therapies schedule: Schedule therapies for all patients by analyzing which therapist and which therapy room is available at what time
- Patient Measurements: Take measurements every 3rd day of every patient to confirm that the treatment is working. Upload these into the software.

**Key Skills**
- Good knowledge of Ayurveda and Panchakarma procedures and willingness to learn panchabhautik chikitsa
- Willingness to work in shifts

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Satara, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
