- planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.Preventive maintenance of CNC machines ,Heat treatment equipments,Assy.line machines,Utilities DG,Air compressor,ETP/STP.
- planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
- responding to breakdowns
- diagnosing faults
- supervising of technical staff
- managing budgets
- maintaining statistical and financial records
- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- creating maintenance procedures
- managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Technical knowledge: - Gear machining (CNC hobbing, shaving, shaping, ID grinding, OD grinding), Assy Knowledge, Heat treatment
- Problem-solving skills
- Teamworking skills
- Education: - Mechanical engineering Diploma or B tech)
- Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and installation tasks on the physical plant, equipment and machinery, according to standards.
- Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality
- Assist in the creation of training material to educate and expand awareness to team members using the PM tools and processes
- Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks
- Assist in the creation of training material to educate and expand awareness to team members using the PM tools and processes
- Data Analysis (current and historical) and Root Cause Analysis
- Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
- Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown. Troubleshoots (when necessary). Repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors,
- Operates machine shop equipment and makes required parts when necessary"

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/BE in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechanical engineering
- Diploma with 5 years of relavant experience in automobile industry /BE with 3 years experience

**Skills**:
Knowledge in CNC equipments,Heat treatment furnace,Assembly equipments
Data Analysis (current and historical) and Root Cause Analysis. Assist in the creation of training material to educate and expand awareness to team members using the PM tools and processes
