Sales Representative

As a Sales Executive in the automobile industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and fostering customer relationships. Your primary responsibility is to engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your passion for automobiles, coupled with your sales expertise, will contribute to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Proactively engage with prospective customers through various channels such as walk-ins, inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
- Present vehicle options, features, and benefits tailored to the customer's needs, emphasizing value propositions.
- Guide customers through test drives, providing detailed product demonstrations and addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Work closely with customers to negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide transparent and accurate pricing information, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of all costs involved.
- Overcome objections and address hesitations with confidence and professionalism, leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Close sales transactions efficiently, completing all necessary paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized attention and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Anticipate and proactively address customer needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience and loyalty to the dealership.
- **Sales Performance and Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the dealership, consistently striving for excellence.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the dealership's CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training programs provided by the dealership to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
