**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the CA’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in preparing client reports and documentation.
- **Office Management**:

- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is well-stocked and in working order.
- **Financial Administration**:

- Assist with invoicing and expense tracking.
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records as needed.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during meetings.
- Ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within a financial or professional services environment.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with accounting software and basic financial terminology is a plus.
