**Responsibilities**:

- Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menu
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

The Chef Need 6-8 Years Experience, one year worked should be worked as jr. Sous Chef. Chef should be a HM Degree/Diploma Holder

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
