**Your Purpose**:

- Greet and check in members, assist with class bookings, receive calls and messages, and manage the till.
- Remain actively engaged with new and existing members to seek membership referrals.
- Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs and demonstrate how Waves Gym's facilities and offerings can help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Work as a team to exceed the membership sales targets and KPIs by providing first-class customer experiences.

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks from front reception, including answering phones, mail and courier management, record keeping and filing, and sending letters (strong aptitude for Microsoft products, especially Excel).
- Liaising between our business and clients.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, and ensure customers are provided with accurate information.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and punctuality.

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a health club.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
