**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with educational institutions to establish partnerships and maintain regular communication regarding internship opportunities.
- Identify suitable internship positions within IT companies that align with the students' skill sets and career goals.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to prepare students for internships, covering topics such as technical skills, workplace etiquette, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with IT companies to organize internship interviews and facilitate the selection process.
- Monitor and evaluate intern performance during their placements, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Foster relationships with IT industry professionals to expand the network of potential internship providers.
- Organize networking events, guest lectures, and industry panels to enhance students' exposure to the IT field.
- Keep up-to-date records of student placements, internship outcomes, and feedback from both students and partnering companies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to track the progress and career growth of former interns post-placement.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
