Are you a tech-savvy, creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing? We are seeking a dynamic Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our online presence and brand awareness. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for digital channels that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and suggest new strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
