**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves developing strategies to expand the company's market presence, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Qualify leads and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and propose solutions to meet their objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.
- **Business Development Strategies**:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new market segments and product/service offerings to expand the company's portfolio.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional service and value to clients.
- **Reporting and Performance Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to business development.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
