**Overview**:
As a Telesales Executive at Trackalways, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by engaging with both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) clients. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our range of telematics and GPS solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Outreach**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B and B2C clients to introduce Trackalways products and services.

Explain the features and benefits of our telematics and GPS solutions.

**Lead Generation**:
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.

Generate interest and schedule product demonstrations or further discussions.

**Product Knowledge**:
Develop a deep understanding of Trackalways' product offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

**Sales Pitch**:
Craft compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of both B2B and B2C clients.

Clearly communicate the value proposition of Trackalways products.

**Meeting Sales Targets**:
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Work towards increasing the conversion rate of leads to sales.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve collective goals.

Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Previous experience in telematics, GPS solutions, or a related industry is a plus.
