Reports To: Facilities Manager / Admin Manager
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Ensure all areas, including basements and office floors, are meticulously maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate prompt repairs in collaboration with the facilities team.
- Manage all cleaning schedules, including regular and deep-cleaning routines, such as marble polishing, carpet shampooing, and intensive cleaning for executive spaces like the Managing Director’s office.
2. Comprehensive Cleaning Schedule Oversight:
- Develop and oversee a structured cleaning schedule across all floors, ensuring regular maintenance tasks are performed, including marble polishing, deep cleaning, and executive office upkeep.
- Monitor adherence to cleaning schedules and inspect areas post-cleaning to ensure standards are met consistently.
3. Administrative Staff Management:
- Lead the housekeeping and admin staff team, managing attendance, leaves, and daily work schedules to ensure effective coverage and task allocation.
- Assign and delegate tasks as needed, ensuring each member of the team understands and fulfills their responsibilities.
- Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
4. Pantry Upkeep and Refreshment Service:
- Oversee the upkeep of pantry facilities, ensuring that all essentials are well-stocked and the area is kept clean and organized.
6. Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations to ensure a secure environment for all occupants.
- Conduct regular checks to identify and address any potential hazards in high-traffic areas, such as the basement, pantry, and stairwells.
- Ensure that the housekeeping team follows standard operating procedures for safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
7. Inventory and Supplies Management:
- Monitor and manage the stock of cleaning supplies, pantry items, and maintenance tools, ensuring supplies are ordered in advance to avoid shortages.
- Track the usage of supplies to maintain an efficient inventory, optimize costs, and ensure the availability of resources for daily and deep-cleaning routines.
8. Record-Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain thorough records of cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, and inventory usage.
- Generate regular reports on property upkeep and cleanliness, identifying any issues or areas that need attention for review by the Facilities/Admin Manager.
- Monitor team attendance, leave records, and performance for administrative purposes.
9. Additional Duties as Assigned:
- Support special events or functions by arranging cleanliness and maintenance as required.
- Assist with any other duties related to property upkeep, maintenance, and staff coordination as assigned by the Facilities/Admin Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory housekeeping or facilities role within a corporate or commercial setting.
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for cleanliness and detail.
- Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team to maintain high standards.
- Proactive Approach: Ability to identify and address potential maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
**Minimum Qualification**: Graduate
**Minimum Job Experience**: 3- 5 years
