**Job Description: Telecaller at Shri Nath IT Solutions**

Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building relationships? Shri Nath IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic Telecaller to engage potential clients and drive business growth. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our services with the needs of our clients, contributing to our success as a leading IT solutions provider.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT solutions and services.
- Present product information, pricing, and benefits in a compelling manner.
- Identify and understand clients' needs, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and appointments generated through calls.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Continuously strive to improve call quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company offerings, and competition to effectively communicate value propositions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Ability to engage clients effectively, build rapport, and handle objections.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong determination to achieve targets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage call logs and follow-up activities.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or sales is a plus.
