**Roles and Responsibilities**

The role exits to partner with business in enforcing implementation of all HR Systems (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Engagement)/ Structure/ Policies /Process/ Procedures for an effective Sales and marketing Organisation and ensuring alignment of human capital management to help business achieve its strategic and operational goals.**Responsibilities**

Managing day-to-day HR operations and facilitating smooth implementation of systems, processes and policies to support business and handling special projects
