**Responsibilities**:
Sample Processing and Collection:
Perform accurate and efficient sample collection procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Process collected samples with precision, adhering to laboratory standards and protocols.

Maintain a meticulous record of samples and results, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Billing and Reception:
Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and manage the reception area effectively.

Execute billing procedures accurately and ensure timely submission of invoices.

Assist patients with billing-related questions, providing exceptional customer service.

Operations Management:
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mundupalam branch, as well as coordinate with two additional branches.

Collaborate with branch staff to optimize workflows, ensure resource allocation, and maintain quality standards.

Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.

Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to medical and laboratory standards, as well as compliance with safety protocols.

Implement quality control measures to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process enhancement.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with team members, including technicians, administrative staff, and healthcare professionals.

Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure consistent performance and skill development.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Lab Technician with proficiency in sample collection, processing, and billing.

Knowledge of medical laboratory procedures, safety standards, and quality assurance.

Experience in managing reception tasks, including appointment scheduling and billing.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.

Ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

Leadership abilities to oversee operations across multiple branches.

Familiarity with laboratory software and billing systems is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
