**Responsibilities**
- Generate leads and convert them into revenue to scale business growth.
- Do Regular Follow ups with clients and ensure to keep them warm and adept at building solid, repeatable value propositions.
- Take 100% ownership for initial stages of the sales development cycle, new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis.
- Actively maintain, build, and manage sales pipeline for better sales forecast and Act as an extended arm to Sales Managers and team.
- Responsible for the day-to-day assigned work.
- Delivering professional and expert Customer services to our Customers and Clients.
- Ensure to support Team Managers, to achieve target service delivery and financial goals

**What we are looking for**
- Must have at least 6 months experience in international process or have experience international client handling.
- Self-Starter, Innovative and who is hungry to learn things always.
- Get to work with the young, vibrant team of Sales Mavericks.
- Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Ability to evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation.
- Prior knowledge of insurance and logistics will add value.
- Flexible Work Timings
- Rigorous & Structured follow-ups with clients to ensure deal closure.
