**Essential and desirable qualifications**

1. Qualifications: Masters in Sociology

2. Experience: 2-5 Years

**Key responsibilities**:
2.Coordinate with field assistants, volunteers, State Forest Department, other government and Non
- Government agencies for implementation of activities as per the Project Implementation Plan (PIP).

3. Attend all human-wildlife conflict cases and emergency situations with the Rapid Response Team (RRT) in the project landscape.

4. Assist the community in mitigating Human Wildlife Conflicts (HWC), development of early warning system, filing of ex gratia support, and convergence of government schemes beneficial in addressing HWC in the area.

5. Collect data of all the conflict cases attended/handled, conduct peace meetings and amelioration meetings with victim families & local communities.

6. Coordinate with the Primary Response Teams (PRT) along with the RRT in capacity building, trainings and community engagement in high conflict areas.

7. Data collection & analysis for evaluation of the PRTs and other project activities as per the monitoring formats.

8. Write periodic reports for submission to different stakeholders

9**. **Responsible for all monthly/activity reports, photographic documentation of activities, submission of data sheets to Project Head & Division Head, as per the requirements of project.
