Job Title: Economics Teacher for 11th Grade Commerce

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum for 11th-grade commerce students, ensuring alignment with academic standards and educational objectives.
- Lesson Planning: Prepare engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and resources.
- Classroom Instruction: Deliver high-quality instruction in economics, covering topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, economic theories, market structures, fiscal policy, and more.
- Student Assessment: Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
- Individualized Support: Offer personalized assistance to students who require extra help, including tutoring, remedial sessions, and academic counseling.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic success, fostering mutual respect, collaboration, and student engagement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to enhance the overall educational experience, participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Professional Development: Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in economics education, participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, and continuously refine teaching strategies.
- Student Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in setting academic goals, exploring career pathways, and making informed decisions about their future endeavors.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders, sharing regular updates on students' progress, academic performance, and behavioral concerns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or license (if applicable).
- Proven experience in teaching economics at the high school level, preferably with 11th-grade commerce students.
- Strong knowledge of economic principles, theories, and concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a passion for learning.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and adapt to changing educational requirements.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
