Leather Technologist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Material Selection & Procurement**:

- Identify and source high-quality leather suitable for garments, ensuring alignment with buyer specifications and company standards.
- Evaluate suppliers to ensure sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.

**Leather Processing**:

- Oversee tanning, dyeing, and finishing processes to achieve desired textures, colors, and properties.
- Innovate and implement techniques to improve leather quality, durability, and sustainability.

**Product Development**:

- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop leather finishes and textures that meet market trends and buyer requirements.
- Provide technical support in developing samples and prototypes for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Leather Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in leather processing, preferably in the Leather garment industry.
- Strong understanding of tanning processes, chemical treatments, and leather grading.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
