**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to develop creative concepts and designs that meet project objectives and client expectations.
- **Graphic Design**: Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for both digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, posters, and more.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to maintaining a consistent brand identity across all channels.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to produce cohesive and effective designs.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) to produce and edit designs.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and integrate them into design projects to keep them fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience.**:

- **Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) is mandatory.**:

- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating creative and technical skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving**: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Motion Graphics**: Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- **Web Design**: Knowledge of web design principles and experience with web design tools.
- **Illustration**: Ability to create custom illustrations and icons.
- **UX/UI Design**: Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
