**Job Description: Ergonomist (Male)**

**Location**: Chennai, Field-based

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct ergonomic assessments and evaluations at client sites to identify potential risks, hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement customized ergonomic solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients, with a focus on promoting proper posture, body mechanics, and workspace design.
- Collaborate with clients, safety officers, human resources personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to create and implement ergonomic programs and initiatives.
- Provide training sessions and workshops to educate employees on ergonomic principles, best practices, and injury prevention techniques.
- Utilize ergonomic tools, equipment, and technology to collect data, analyze trends, and measure the effectiveness of ergonomic interventions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, research findings, and regulatory requirements related to ergonomics and workplace health and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Certified Physical or Functional Trainer preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in ergonomics, workplace safety, or related field.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and ergonomics principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using ergonomic assessment tools and software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Chennai and surrounding areas.
