**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome students, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, provide information, and redirect inquiries as necessary.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle inquiries related to courses, admissions, and general information about TIPS-G.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for administrative staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and organizational information.
- Assist in organizing events and workshops as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
