**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing social mediastrategies for clients across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

2. Content Planning: Support the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media posts to maintain a consistent online presence.

3. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

4. Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships to grow brand communities.

6. Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) with support from the team.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure the alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
1. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms.

2. Creativity: A flair for coming up with innovative content ideas that engage and entertain target audiences.

3. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with social media analytics tools and able to interpret data to make strategic recommendations.

4. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

5. Social Media Proficiency: A good understanding of various social media platforms and how they function, including trends, best practices, and content strategies.

6. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail when it comes to creating posts and campaigns that are visually appealing and error-free.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

2. Previous experience or coursework related to social media marketing or digital marketing.

3. Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

4. Experience using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling and analytics is a plus.
