**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive at Ikon Organic Limited you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the FMCG sector. You will work closely with clients and distributors to promote our product portfolio, achieve sales targets, and build long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors. Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and marketing strategies.
- **Product Promotion**: Present and promote our products to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of the FMCG industry, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
- **Education**: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Driving License**: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
