Healthcare Companion

**Position Overview**:
As a Zealver Companion, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our elderly members by providing dedicated health coaching and personalized assistance. Your role involves regular check-ins, health management, access to expert care, and offering educational support to empower our members in achieving their health goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fortnightly health check-ins calls with members to assess their well-being and address concerns.
- Collaborate closely with members to manage their overall health, track vital signs, and guide healthy lifestyle choices.
- Connect members with healthcare experts for teleconsultations and facilitate access to expert care.
- Coordinate preventive health check-ups, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication.
- Provide health-related educational content and emotional support to reduce isolation among members.
- Uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism in delivering Zealver Companion services.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3-5 years experience.

Preference will be given to healthcare professionals/experts/science faculty.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with elderly individuals.

Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach toward elderly care.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Familiarity with technology for remote health monitoring and communication.

**Additional Information**:
Flexibility in working hours required to accommodate member needs.

Working hours
- 3-4 hours/day. Mon to Sat

Training and resources provided to ensure the highest quality service delivery.

All data entry of conversation to be entered into the members electronic health record.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
