Production Technician

**Roles & Responsibilities**

As a **Production Technician**, you will:

- **Battery Assembly**: Assemble lithium-ion and LiFePO4 battery packs, ensuring precision, quality, and safety in the production process.
- **Quality Control**: Perform inspections and tests on battery packs to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain production machinery and tools used in the manufacturing process.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving production processes and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and quality.
- **Component Handling**: Safely handle and work with various battery components, including cells, modules, and wiring, according to engineering specifications.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions during the assembly process.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, complete reports, and ensure all work is logged in accordance with company guidelines.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the engineering, R&D, and quality control teams to align on production requirements and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical, or a related field.
- Experience in production or assembly, preferably in the electronics or battery industry.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety procedures and equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
