Description:
As a Dealer in Commodities and Currencies, you will be responsible for executing trades and managing positions in various commodities and currencies markets in shift timings. Your primary goal will be to maximize profitability while minimizing risk through timely and effective trade execution. You will work in a fast-paced environment, closely monitoring market conditions and maintaining strong relationships with clients, Relationship Managers and Research Analysts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**:

- Coordinate with research team, conduct thorough analysis of commodities and currencies markets to identify trends, patterns, and trading opportunities.
- Stay updated with global economic, political, and financial news that could impact commodity and currency prices.
- **Trade Execution**:

- Execute trades in commodities and currencies markets based on research recommendations, established strategies and market analysis.
- Monitor trade positions and market movements in real-time to optimize profitability and manage risk.
- Utilize trading platforms and systems to execute trades efficiently and accurately.
- Follow compliance procedures and regulations while executing trades.
- **Risk Management**:

- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate exposure to market volatility and potential losses.
- Monitor and manage portfolio risk by setting and recommending clients with position sizing on research recommendations.
- Utilize risk management tools such as hedging and diversification to protect against adverse market conditions.
- Regularly assess and adjust risk parameters based on market conditions and portfolio performance.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, risk appetite, and trading preferences.
- Provide timely and accurate market updates and trade recommendations to clients.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Yearly bonus
