**Duties**:
1. Maintains, troubleshoots, and oversees major repairs and overhauls of turbochargers across all four plants.
2. Conducts performance analysis, vibration analysis, and balancing of turbocharger components.
3. Inspects and assesses turbocharger blades, bearings, seals, and housings for wear or damage.
4. Collaborates with the Spare Parts Manager to ensure optimal spare part availability for turbocharger systems.
5. Develops and implements preventative maintenance schedules for turbochargers.
6. Provides technical guidance and support to plant-level personnel regarding turbocharger issues.
**Requirements**:
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in turbocharger maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
3. Strong understanding of turbocharger principles, aerodynamics, and materials science.
4. Experience with vibration analysis equipment, balancing machines, and precision measuring tools.
**Salary**: ₹9,869.82 - ₹44,514.04 per month
