We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive specializing in luxury furniture to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the market, including architects, interior design firms, and other B2B furniture business professionals. Your objective will be to represent our company, generate high-quality leads, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Market Penetration Strategies**: Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies to penetrate the target market, focusing on engaging with architects, interior design firms, and other relevant B2B stakeholders.
- **Establish and Maintain Relationships**: Act as the primary point of contact for architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals, fostering strong and lasting relationships built on trust and credibility.
- **Conduct Outreach and Networking**: Proactively reach out to potential clients through networking events, industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant platforms to showcase our luxury furniture offerings and company capabilities.
- **Lead Generation and Qualification**: Identify and qualify leads through strategic outreach efforts, understanding their needs, preferences, and project requirements to determine potential sales opportunities.
- **Product Presentation and Consultation**: Conduct product presentations, consultations, and demonstrations for prospective clients, highlighting the unique features, benefits, and value proposition of our luxury furniture collections.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing them with qualified leads, insights, and support to drive successful conversion and closure of deals.
- **Market Intelligence and Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our market positioning and competitive advantage.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, lead generation activities, and sales conversion rates, generating regular reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the luxury furniture industry or related B2B sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for meeting new people, networking, and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for lead tracking and management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
