**Job Title: Cinematographer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with directors and other key stakeholders to understand the visual requirements of each project.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for lighting, camera movement, and shot composition.
- Select appropriate equipment, lenses, and camera settings to achieve desired visual effects.
- Operate cameras and related equipment proficiently during filming, ensuring smooth and precise shots.
- Set up and adjust lighting equipment to achieve desired mood and atmosphere for each scene.
- Work closely with the art department to ensure sets and locations are camera-ready and visually appealing.
- Manage the camera and lighting crew, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in cinematography.
- Maintain and care for all camera and lighting equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Collaborate with post-production team to ensure continuity and consistency in the visual style of the final product.
- Adhere to production schedules and budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cinematographer in film, television, or commercial production.
- Proficiency with a variety of camera systems, such as RED, ARRI, Sony, etc., and related accessories.
- In-depth knowledge of lighting techniques, including natural, artificial, and studio lighting setups.
- Strong understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production requirements and schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cinematography, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work as a Cinematographer.
