Digital Marketing Assistant

At Usha Fire Safety, your main duty as a business development support executive is to work with the business development team to increase the company's customer base and generate income. As a customer-focused and collaborative team player, you will actively contribute to the company's overall success in the marketing and service-based industry.

**Work from Office**

Key responsibilities:
**1. Tele calling** : : Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects to introduce Usha Fire Safety's products and services, and generate leads.

Place outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and potential customers who have shown some level of interest in Usha Fire Safety's offerings. and further nurture the relationship to progress towards potential conversions.

2. **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential prospects, and collect pertinent data for the business development team.

3. **Customer Engagement**: Engage with existing customers through telephonic communication to understand their needs, address queries, and offer support.

4. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telecalling activities, including lead details, customer interactions, and feedback

**5. Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert potential opportunities into business deals.

**6.Sales Support** : Provide assistance to the sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting in arranging product demonstrations ( virtual and direct ) as required.

**7 Target** : Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead generation and other key performance indicators.

8**. Meetings and Presentation**: Organise meeting with the Business Development Team and the Management team to shared and update relevant information and ensure the team is informed about any important details and discuss matters with them

**9. Customer Relationship Management**: Create and maintain good relationship with the customers to ensure that they receive excellent service

**10 Persuasion** : Ability to persuade and influence potential customers to consider Usha Fire Safety's offerings.

**11. Feedback Gathering**: Collect feedback from customers to better understand their needs and problems and help them to resolve the same while also helping the management in achieving the customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree in any field or equivalent experience in the relevant field.

2. Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with the customers

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relations with clients.

4. Customer focussed mind set for understanding customer needs and providing satisfactory solutions

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
