We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Online English Teachers to join our team. As an Online English Teacher, you will have the opportunity to connect with students of various ages and backgrounds, helping them improve their English language proficiency through interactive and engaging online lessons.
- Conduct one-on-one or group online English lessons for students of diverse proficiency levels, ranging from beginners to advanced learners.
- Create and deliver customized lesson plans, incorporating language skills development (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and cultural insights.
- Provide constructive feedback, track progress, and assess students' language proficiency through periodic evaluations and assessments.
- Encourage and motivate students to actively participate in learning, fostering a positive and supportive virtual classroom environment.
- Utilize interactive teaching tools, multimedia resources, and educational platforms to enhance the learning experience.
- Tailor lessons to meet individual student needs, considering their learning objectives, interests, and language goals.
- Communicate with students professionally and promptly to address any concerns or queries related to the learning process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest language teaching methodologies, incorporating innovative techniques into your lessons.
- Deliver content on social media platforms to increase the academy's reach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to accommodate different learning needs and learning styles, including video recordings (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet teaching environment, and necessary equipment (e.g., laptop, microphone, etc.).
- Passion for teaching and fostering language proficiency in learners.
