**Full job description**

**Required Skills**:

- Supervise and oversee construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plans and specifications.
- Manage a team of construction workers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of construction activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
- Must have at least 8-15 years of experience in real estate sector.
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials required for construction activities.
- Inspect and maintain quality and safety standards on the construction site, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
