Are you a Telecalling rockstar with a passion for helping people and collaborating with the team? If so, then we want you to join our hospital in Navi Mumbai as our **Virtual Counsellor(telecaller)**

We are looking for a dedicated and **enthusiastic Telecaller** to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to **generate leads**, **qualify customers**, and **schedule appointments** for our sales representatives. You will also play a key role in **promoting our products and services** to potential customers and **answering their questions**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts and call lists.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to generate interest.
- **Qualify leads** by asking relevant questions and understanding customer needs.
- **Schedule appointments**.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
- **Handle customer objections** in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to a positive and **collaborative work environment**.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- **Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong **active listening** skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
- **Proficient in using computers and CRM software**.
- **Positive attitude and a strong work ethic**.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
